Day 28

Felix the bug passed away last night he was I am going to assume age 8 my care of him did decrease over time so I can't really get too upset about it. So this means that today (after I get home) I can hatch a new egg and aim for a different adult! SO this time I think I am going to aim for a weight of less than 40mg before my bug goes into his cocoon.
I hatched Felix the second from a white egg and so far so good, no frog attacks no human attacks and he is steadily growing.

Moana is 32 years old today and she has officially broken my oldest old lady record! Mini(shimu) lived for 31 years and she was my first and only old lady she was my akai oldie hatch. So needless to say my little old lady is over the moon (she is going to get a little wibbly wobbly tonight that's for sure). Party time for Moana on the ocean (where else would we have a party?) And in three days she will be 35 years old which is my current age goal (I make age goals in 5 year increments as that is so much less daunting than say a month or three).

And my mixes are fine, I am just waiting for one to become an adult before I mix my himespetchi boy with my very anniversary mix girl. 

Day 26/27

Moana is now age 31 years old and she is at the age that my last old lady perished (minishimu) so I am breaking my old lady record! Moana is smashing records with her awesome name and her awesome keitai shell design and her ability to make me smile. She is going to work with me today to sit in my bag while I try to work.

Felix my bug got squished again but he is age 7/8 years old and 8 is about my record so either way I am happy. And here is something that I have yet to tell you about. With an adult bug there are three food options, a middle one between the first two. Now this food item is the adult bugs preferred food so feeding them it means you fill the happy and hungry meters. I didn't know that until quite recently.

And my mixes have become adults! Bob has found him a wife and they had a daughter whome I named sky and since Bill looks very much like an adult I cannot mix with on the anniversary mix I am saving him to mix with sky when she is all grown up.

Day 24/25

Moana is now 29 years old and she is loving her life so far and I have to say I am so very much excited that my best friend will be visiting me for my birthday at the end if this month. And! I have some other big news I have something sorta big in the works. I am toying with the idea of recording video games for youtube or streaming! So be prepared for a gaming lady octopus. And since this is supposed to be about Moana she is right there helping me with the lighting and all the jiggery pokery that I need to do. I need one logo, some artwork that I am working on as we speak and we are talking about it and I am waiting for one cord to come in the mail.

Now on to Felix well He got squished last night so when I woke up i had a mummy bug whom was sleeping with the lights on. He is six and the oldest my morinos live is about 8 years old. So I was a little sad but who knows what will happen and when this bug gets squished for real I can always hatch a new egg!

And my mix boys are the offspring of the twins (with different mothers of course) We have Bill and Bob and they are looking very much like twins but we shall see when they are adults!

Day 22/23

 That's right the boys grew up very much looking like the cute twins they are currently Sam found himself a lucky lady and well Dean I have no idea..... maybe a mermaid? Or himespetchi. WE shall see eventually who is his lucky lady.

Moana is still with us at the age of 27 today! She has been sitting in my pocket being very much her quiet old lady self. I myself haven't been feeling that great but at least I have Moana to keep my company.

And news about my bug he emerged from his cocoon! And as it turns out that 47mg was in the mass range of the largest cocoon because this cutie is tentoctchi the lady bug and is one of the perfect care adults! That suggests that between 50-40 mg is the perfect care cocoon.

Day 21 - Cocoon Anxiety

That's right Felix my bug has gone into his cocoon with a mass around 47mg! So this is a delicate life stage where the human (you) has to keep track of their temperature as if it is too low or too high when your bug emerges they will die. I am trying to keep the cocoon on the cool side and I may have let it get a little on the cold side not quite the end of the scale but I have a very bad feeling about it.

Moana is 25 years old! That's right my old lady is quarter of a century years old. And she is my old lady in my pocket and my time with her has taught me one thing, I lead the life of an old lady! Okay I am in Grad school and I study constantly and work constantly and to relax I don't want to go out I want to stay at the place that I pay to be there. So yes I stay in a lot and play video games and write and do things that bring me joy without spending too much money (or doing things while I can be in my PJs and my bed). And there is one thing Moana and I will never have in common her sleeping schedule I am not someone who sleeps early and wakes up early and I really don't want to be.

And Mix madness has began! So what does that mean? Well I decided to tab my green P's in exchange for my spacy Mix! I have missed this mix dearly there are just some cute things that are not present on the anniversary mix (and a quick story I didn't like the spacy face plate and I couldn't figure out how to remove the face plate easily.... so I traded the whole fronts of the tamagotchi! So it is a spacy mix but has a melody mix front that's all).

Day.... after Darwin Day?

Moana is 24 today and she and I decided that since I was on a Magnesium down swing and today was the first day I felt some what less awful that we would spend the day finishing my book on natural selection and I am so inclined make it a writing day for my proposal or all steams ahead for tomorrow being a writing day. Also we have been playing Persona Q and we just finished the group date labyrinth I may have played more just to beat the boss, but boss battle so worth it. Happy day off since yesterday was a national Holiday (not Darwin day... Canada day)!

And My Mix is an adult so now that means it's time for me to grab my Spacy mix so my two can get married as my anni mix has a girl and my spacy mix has an adult boy with traits from a tama that I cannot get on the anni mix. If I didn't get bogged down by how involved mixing can be on the mixes (ie the many times visiting a location in order to have a friendship level high enough to propose and buying the ring or waiting for the reverse proposal which I normally do, and mass feeding them snacks to get them to stop the pouty face) I would run my mixes side by side. But right now I like how the Mix and Ps are involved in different areas so that they sorta compliment each other the mix doesn't care about care misses or personality traits and the Ps does. It's a good balance

Felix my bug is going on strong he is 3 years (days I think it is on the Morino but I will stick with years for now) and he is 47 mg right now and not in a cocoon yet. I will hopefully note his approximate mass when he goes into it and keep track of the cocoon temperature so I can map out which mass ranges leads to which adults!

Day 19 Mg imbalance?

Well I am having a shit day that I am chalking up to magnesium imbalance due to not reading and my jerk of a cat living up to his reputation.

Well Moana is age 23 today and she is living it up the best she knows how, studying natural selection and heredity with me of course what else would she be doing besides reading a book that covers the core dogma of natural selection and heredity the very basis that the entire study of genetics is based on.

Felix my bug is doing great I scare away the silly humans that try to step on him and he has steady started to gain weight. He is the second stage worm the white larger one he is really a toddler as the teen stage is a cocoon. I forget how long this stage lasts but he sure is cute to watch bouncing doing his worm dance across the screen. And now that he is a teen he has two food options the standard leaf and the second option which changes (ice cream, seeds, cherries..) and this second food item adds 2 mg not just one like the leaf. Currently he is age two and has a weight of 27 mg.

On my ps I got my lord Spacy (out of the modern characters Himespetchi and spacytchi are my favourites hand down) And I have done the retro change and I love it. I wish I could have this cutie on my connections.

And my mix is a teen soon to be an adult and that is that.
